Cancellations: You can cancel orders free of charge before decure.in accepts the order. Unfortunately, we do not allow order cancellations after order confirmation due to the substantial nature of our products and the associated high shipping and handling costs.

In exceptional cases, we may consider order cancellations post-shipment. However, any refund of the invoice amount will be subject to deductions for shipping and handling costs, as well as reverse logistics costs.

Please note that custom-ordered products cannot be cancelled.

Returns: At Decure.in, we believe in delivering perfection when it comes to home renovation. We recognize the significance of selecting the right product for your project, and we strive to empower you to make confident buying decisions.

We accept return requests for delivered products only under the following circumstances:

  1. If the product delivered differs from the ordered product.
  2. If the product delivered is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  3. If the product package is missing a part/accessory.

Additionally, if the product is significantly different from the description on the website, a return request will be considered. However, our personnel/staff will verify and determine the validity of the return request.

Generally, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than those mentioned above.

The returned product will be exchanged for a new one. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will suggest similar products or provide a refund for the entire invoice value, along with our apologies.

In special cases, other returns may be considered, subject to applicable reverse logistics and related costs borne by the customer.

To qualify for a refund, your product order must:

  1. Be in its original packaging.
  2. Be in its original condition, the same as when it arrived at your home or project site.
  3. Not have been used, installed, altered, soiled, or marked in any way.

Please note that custom-made products cannot be returned. For specific branded items, the brand’s policy will apply. Branded items are sourced and subject to the brand’s policies regarding repair, exchange, refunds, and cancellations, thereby binding the customer accordingly.

Once again, any return request will be entertained only after our personnel/staff has verified and determined the validity of the request. Replacement will be facilitated only if the product is available on the website.
